Complaints and returns

If the goods you have received from us are damaged, please follow the Complaints Procedure.

Products covered by the right of complaint must be handed over for examination immediately after the defect has been detected, must be clean, without signs of use, with the packaging/seal intact, with the seals intact and with the relevant documents and description of the defect.

In the event of a claim, you may choose two options as described below:

A) Send the product to the following address - "Outside Warehouse". The postage costs are paid by the seller.

B) We will arrange transport via carrier. As soon as you know when and where we will be able to pick up the shipment, please contact us.

The goods must be properly packed for shipment to prevent further possible damage.

The shipment must be complete (including accessories and all documentation) and in the condition in which you received it upon delivery. Please enclose proof of purchase with the goods. Always use wrapping paper or cardboard so that the original packaging cannot become stuck, marked or otherwise damaged during transit. Do not send goods on COD, in which case the goods will not be accepted.

We recommend that you insure the goods.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or your purchase price refunded.

The goods must be accompanied by all documents that the buyer received with the goods, such as instructions for use and others.

The Seller shall not be liable for any damages caused by the operation of the products, functional features and damages caused by unprofessional use of the products, as well as for damages caused by external events and faulty handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided.

In the event of rejected claims, the costs of the claim procedure and handling fees may be charged.

You will be informed by e-mail or SMS about the settlement of the claim. As with the delivery of the order, you will be informed of the dispatch of the package and the date of delivery.

How to proceed with the return of goods?

1) Prepare the parcel according to the description below.

As soon as you know when and where we will be able to pick up the parcel.

2) Send the goods you will be returning to our address as described above, via the carrier of your choice.


How do I prepare the shipment?

The shipment must be complete (including accessories and all documentation) and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please enclose proof of purchase with the goods.

Always use wrapping paper or cardboard so that the original packaging cannot become stuck, marked or otherwise damaged during transit.

Please do not send goods on delivery, we recommend that you insure the goods.


How do we refund your money?

Your money will only be refunded to your bank account (please remember to quote this), usually within 10 working days of receipt of the parcel.

In the case of a return, the amount will be reduced by the shipping costs (not valid for returns).
